This Well designed airframe is built to a scale of 41% giving a span of 121". This model offers several unique features .These include surfaces that are pre-hinged in "pockets" which make it extremely smooth and symmetrical. Symmetry of controls allows much easier set-up and trimming of the plane.
Its fuselage is built-up from selected balsa/ply/hardwoods and the wings are balsa-sheeted foam covered in Ultracote/Oracover.The fuselage is highly prefabricated with all mounts and trays installed, firewall installed with the correct right/down thrust .A 3 servo tray in the fuselage allows easy ganging of rudder servos.The cowl is mounted using a cowl ring with no visible external fasteners.The integrated canister tunnel also doubles as a large mounting location for gas and smoke tanks. It has dule 1.75" wing tube sockets installed for the its "Carbon Wing Tube" so that you can choose the wing location that best suits your engine's weight and flying style.
This is a truly high performance ARTF aircraft that reqiures at least one 15kg servo per elevator (2 bays per side) and 15KG per Aileron (2-3 bays per side).Compleat with polished aluminium landing gear, Tinted canopy, fibreglass wheel pants and cowling, Haigh style tailwheel, Miscellaneous fasteners.Wings and horizontal stabs mount on "Carbon Fibre" tube spars and are easily removed for transportation or storage.
