This is a high spec ARTF that only requires your RC and Engine to be installed to compleat.
Both the wing and tail are traditionally jig built and film covered as is the fuz which uses a removable GRP belly pan.
It comes with GRP wheel pants and alloy UC, Light weight wheels etc along with all fittings required which are all "Fully ball raced"
The GRP upper cowl is integral to the fuz and the motor mount structure within is intended to be used with the MK type soft beam mount on YS motors but a solid mount for other less harsh motors can be used.
It has enough room within the belly pan for a full YS exhaust system or evan a 2 stroke pipe right up to 170 size motors and beyond.
The "Hurricane" F3A has been flown with motors from 120-180 4 strokes as well as large 2 stroke motors but has also been flown with 28cc size petrol engines with very good results.
It is possible to build the "Hurricane" F3A in just one week of evernings and to the legal F3A weight depending on your installation. The airframe is only 2420g out of the box.
We are currently building one with electric power and will be fitting a 2400w motor so watch this space!
